• The patient's mouth scan files (in .stl, .obj, .ply and Dicom formats) before and after the preparation.
• (Optional) If the aesthetic zone is involved in the treatment plan, we need an extra photo of how their teeth looked in the past.
• Photos of patients' faces as indicated by Smile Creator Photo Protocol. See protocol

2. You'll receive a confirmation email with an estimated timeline and cost.

3. Once the work is complete, we'll send it to you via e-mail.
